Staff and managers at Alberton Makro incompetent and rude!! 100 Deals Days Rands Promotion does not apply at this Makro. Upon shopping today with the Special 1: Nescafe Cappucino as advertised, I asked one of the managers if I can take 3 packs unsweetened Cappucino. She went to confirm and said it is fine as long as all 3 are the same. Paying at the till the computer said I cant take it, asking for another manager, which came with a different story saying I cannot by the items for R100 as advertised.
Special 2: Lux soap 2x6 pack 200g 1x4 100g pack. as advertised, but I paid R100 for the 2x6 200g pack and had to pay R15, 47 for the 1x4 100g pack (which was suppose to be free). This is unacceptable when the promotion states one thing and when you end up at the store it is something else, even staff were not very helpful upon asking help. I don't have their names but when I see them I can ID them. MAKRO you are liars when it comes to promos and your staff is incompetent!!! I will make use of other stores from now on.
