After enquiring about Green cross shoes the manager was unable to tell me if these shoes carry any kind of warrantee or guarantee, further to this he was extremely rude and disrespectful so much so that I considered not even purchasing the product. I still don't know of the product carries any warrantee or guarantee. I demand an apology and that this is followed up and the Manager of the store be disciplined. Such action will result in sale losses and i will much rather just buy online or support another retailer!!!
