Ive placed an online purchase the 13th of Dec and only made the payment on the 17th Dec. I needed the clothes for the 19th and made a call through to the customer service. I was helped by Courtney, who done her good part on objection handling but somehow went the extra mile to see if i can get my order via overnight delivery. huge thanks to her and Kerishni at the warehouse. Much appreciated. Online shopping made easier and I'd recommend anyone to their services :)
