On 3 Dec we purchased blinds for our flat. We were told that as long as orders were placed by the 9th (I stand to be corrected) they would be delivered before Christmas. Over two weeks later I receive an SMS stating there has been a factory delay. I contacted the store and spoke with Fardwin who then tells me 14 working days is the time period. Which still makes delivery possible by the 24th. I find it very disheartening though that when we specifically asked about the time period we were not told 14 day, but promised installation well before Christmas. This key piece of information would have been a deal breaker and possibly caused us to shop around for better time periods. Now Game already has all the monies, but we have no goods. I am left with a bitter taste in my mouth and no recourse action to get what I paid for within the time I was sold it would be delivered and installed. Fardwin also promised to follwo up with me and a day later I have not recieved any feedback.
