I Bought 2 bottles of Packo Yesterday at KIT KAT Kliptown, one was Curried chillies, and one mango Archar. when i got home, to open the Mango Archar, the bottle was broken and as i turn open the lid, it cut my hand, and i stillhave splinters in my hand. i called KIT kAT as i beliwve that this was a packaging problem on their side, Gary from KIT KAT called me back and said that some one will call me from Packo. I am stil waiting for that call, and it very dissapointed. As a result of this I go hurt and lost money at the same time, and Packo is such a good brand as i was always using it. Can someone please attend to this. I even called Packo client service and the guy that answered said that there is no in the call centre or office that could take my call. That is so unprofessional for such a big company.
