Excellent Service Woolies KSIA!!!

Hi

My name is Sanele Khayelihle Msweli work at the King shaka airport, went to woolies today as usual to get something to drink since they are the closest store to us, the lady at the tills assisted me and she swipped my card twice and she told me it declined and i iended up paying cash. when i got to work and checked my cellphone messages my account was deducted twice so went back to the store to fight the lady at the till and she called her manage to help. The Store manage was very helpfull, he asked what happened and asked for the messages on my phone he then went and printed what was showing on his system he explained everything to me and then he took down my details and promised to get back to me when he has spoken to standard bank regarding this issue. He then came to work unexpected to give me feedback and it been sorted out now, must say i havent received such service from woolies in my life before felt very important as one of their costomers, keep up the good work Kurt & Your Team.
