I have ordered two smart devices through FNB and on receiving my SMS from Digital Planet, a link lead me to enetring my delivery details, it was indicated that I will now only receive my devices on te 30th of December. This is well after Christmas and I have orderered the devices well before the 16th of December which was the cut off for Christmas deliveries. When I was calling the number which was indicated for Queries and (0861 888 674) endless music was played for at least five minutes.
I eventually abandoned the call. This is pathetic service from a courier companny.
