I went to buy a cellphone, my debit card charged but i couldnt get the phone because the staff left and no one to process the paperwork. Robby was notified of this but walked away. Instead telling the staff he is ready to cash up. I had to wait for more than half am hour for a refund again waiting for Robby who did not have the decency to come out after his staff called him several times. Eventually someone else helped process the refund. I also had to leave through the staff entrance which wasa distance from where i parked. Customer service is clearly not important. I might be one person but i do come in contact with alot of people and i will definitely tell them about this store
