You take the money but where is the service???

I put in a laybuy for my daughters clothing and the process was so simple when we initially started but when we came back to pay and collect-what drama. As it was a holiday we expected that the store would be full so we did not mind waiting, then when we get to the tills-the process is that you pay the outstanding balance and have to join a new long line to collect the items. So after another 30 minutes we get through that line and finally get the goods. Then as we are leaving the store, the security alarm goes off because the tags on some of the items have not been removed and we were treated like criminals after paying for the goods. The security checked the receipt and advised my Fiance to go back to the tills to have the Tags removed. And the Tellers have a Bad attitude even when they are at fault. I will try by all means not to buy from your store again as it is too much of an inconvenience. Thanks for making my festive season memorable.
