Attitude towards customer and not customer focused

On Saturday 30/11/2013 I bought goods to the value of R4038 and on a couple of goods alarm tags were not taken off and we were stopped on our way out, after the proof of purchase was checked the tags were taken off and Jessica said she'll attend to us an she then left us hanging. After spending so much at Edgars I don't expect to be treated they may I was more especially from the Store Manager serious humiliation
