Would just like to THANK the entire Sound Select store in Cape Town on Tuesday 17 Dec 2013.
After viewing their website i was interested in a flight case advertised for R2199.
When i arrived at the Cape Town store they were sadly out of stock but said they can order me one for R3600 and collect the next day.
I then told them the website says R2199. They said this was an old price advertised BUT to keep me the client happy they will see what they could do...
The next min the boss is on the phone making a few calls and says to me... R2199 you got a deal and we will have it ready within 30min!!!
I mean how often do you get this? I am really amazed with their EXCELLENT service. The staff is also very friendly with good product knowledge and really talkative to give you as much info as possible.
The amount of stock they have on site to view/demo before you buy is a first in my books as far as Cape Town is concerned.
This was an amazing shopping experience and would just like to thank Sound Select and it's great staff all the best for the future. I wish this will set an example to all other Sound shops in Cape Town...
