Last year i bought a (LG) mini hi..3 days later i exchanged it for the exact same model.
(because it was faulty)
2 weeks ago i took it to cape town electronics (the LG agent)..i'm sure they kept it for 2
weeks without touching it and gave it back to me the exact same way..with the exact same
problem..
i play 1 track of a cd and the sound dies.
i brows throught the sound effects and a few minutes later the sound dies. Everytime i have
to switch it off and then on again..then it plays for a while and the sound dies.
Its sad that you people can't fix the equipment that you sell.
Is this the only agent in cape town, or is there one with compenant technicians..I want
this hifi to work as something should that you buy or I don't want it.
When I collected it, they never gave me any paperwork (I think its because the hifi was
just given back to me without even fixing it)
Yes I am upset that you selling substandard equipment and don't have competant tachnicians
to repair it.
This is my second hifi and its been in for repairs ..and it stil doesn't work
