The service is appalling from the delivery service at take alot. Imagine calling into the call centre to find out when I will receive delivery. Only to be told that the order is lost. How can such a large company lose an order? Everytime I called in, I received difference dates and time. On my last call, I am told that the order was lost.
Please get your act together. I received an email from take alot on the 11/12/2013 that my order is on its way to me. This will be the last order I place on take a lot. I will be advising my friends and family to refrain from ordering as well as I would not want them to endure the poor service.
