Went into Edgars last week to get new bras, asked the ladies to assist me to fit. The ladies opened the drawer to find a tape measure and all they had was ribbon. They looked at me and rather than responding, that they would go and look for one, just continued to look at me. At this point I was rather frustrated and took two sets of bras, thinking that I would choose one at home, which ever did not fit to my liking I would return. Today on returning the set which does not fit nicely I was told they do not return bras (even though they still have their tags on). No where in the store did I see a visible sign stating this. I was told to look at my till slip, this is however vague: it only states: Certain products will not be refunded or exchanged. Woolworths will exchange or refund bras. I am very dissapointed with the overall service I have been receiving from Edgars!
