Bought a LOGIK 46" LED TV - lasted 3 years - screen going black - sent for repairs, R1710 later came back same problem. Sent for repairs again - now they cannot fix it because they do not have spare parts - an expensive electronic device that cost R8000 that cannot be fixed after only 3 years - what type of after sale service is this - pathetic. This TV is now useless. Phone their customer line -no answer at 15:00 on a Friday afternoon - best of all at GAME's customer desk, all the appliances standing on the floor that has come back for repairs are LOGIK products. I will NEVER EVER BUY A LOGIK PRODUCT AGAIN!!! It is cheaper because it is rubbish - lesson learned. Why does GAME sell these inferior products and then have no after sales service...
