I bought a Logik ceiling fan a while ago from Game Alberton and we now have a problem with the blade that has bent. I called Logik looking to see if I could possible buy a blade alone as the fan does not work as well with the one bent blade. After checking it came about that the blade is no longer in stock. Shelton and his team ensured that i was able to go to Game and purchase a new fan at a discounted amount, even though it was in no way expected or his problem, and with no hassles my problem was solved. Thank you Shelton for giving a customer service that will make sure I keep buying Logik just for the exceptional service!!! You truly are a star!!
