An order of mine was cancelled, but the item was still showing as available at a higher price
INITIAL COMPLAINT
I am a little dissapointed about this cancellation on your side, firstly as the product you cancelled is still available to order: [URL Removed] Albeit it at a higher price, but I feel Kalahari should honor the purchase. Secondly, I was only credited with R60.17 when I should have been credited with R76.44 (the cost of the album). R60.17 was paid for with the voucher (KALDB50QGKELWPXT). The balance (R16.24) I paid with a credit card. Will I be receiving this credit?
I am still awaiting another credit of R49 as well for the incredibles game (also part of this order) that was supposed to be an Xbox game and a PC game was delivered.
I have not received any feedback from this complaint for 3 weeks now. I then filled in a survey about the poor service around a week ago, and no feedback from that either. I do not have the time to sit on a phone waiting for someone at the call center to answer me and then explain the whole situation to them, so I expect an answer from my email complaint
