I WAS SATERDAY AT WOOLIES IN JACARADA AND FOR THE SO MANYTH TIME I WAS TREATED BADLY I WANTED TO BUY A FEW ITEMS EXTRA FOR THE WEEK BUT DID NOT KNOW MY PAYMENT WOULD NOT GO THROUGH IMMEDIATELY AND WAS NOT TOLD BY SONTO WHEN I ASKED HER SO I WENT AND TOOK A FEW ITEMS FROM THE SHELF AND AT THE TILL MY PURCHASE DID NOT GO THROUGH SO THE GUY AT THE GROCERY TILL SAID MY ACCOUNT WAS VERY OVER DUE - WHICH IS NOT TRUE!!! SO I HAD MY FIRST EMBARCEMENT BECAUSE SOME PEOPLE HAS TO BE LOUD THEN HE TOOK ME TO ELIZABETH AT THE COSTOMER CARE DESK SHE IS THE WORST PERSON TO DEAL WITH SHE IS RUDE AND VERY RUDE SHE MADE SUCH A SEEN OF MY ENQUIRY I FELT SO BELITTED AND EMBARRECED AS SHE WAS GOING ON AND ON I AM VERY UNHAPPY ABOUT SERVICE I GET FROM WOOLIES SO KNOW YOU CAN TAKE YOUR R 300 CREDIT AND KEEP IT AS YOU WOULD SEE I STOP PAYING YOU ALL THAT EXTRA A MONTH AND KEEP TO MY FIXED PAYMENT A MONTH I ALWAYS HAVE POOR SERVICE FROM WOOLIES OVER THE PHONE EVERY WHERE THIS WAS JUST THE FINAL BAD SERVICE FOR ME
