I ordered a bag (the skull bag by Vikson) from Spree and it arrived very quickly. However, one of the diamante on the gold studs was missing and another was damaged. I contacted Spree and spoke to them on Monday and Tuesday of this week. I let them know that I needed a replacement by the weekend as it is a gift for a party I will be attending on Sunday. On Wednesday morning I received a replacement bag in perfect condition. I was honestly surprised and very impressed at how quickly I received the new bag. The customer service is great!
The bag is also exactly as pictured on their site and looks and feels like a good quality item (I have been disappointed with the quality of items i have bought from other well-known online fashion stores).
I will definitely shop with Spree in the future.
