I happened to go to Truworths: Cellphone department in Pretoria Central which is in town (CBD). I was shopping for a cellphone. The two guys who man the cellphone area, need a serious change of attitude or to be trained on customer service. They drag their feet, they just call ccustomers casual, no professionalism. You ask them a question about cellphones they have and it is like you are asking them about animals at the zoo. NO clue and most answers it is just I do'n't know. No compassion and connecting with customers. They make you feel as if they are doing you a favour as a customer, whereas we spend a lot of money to support Truworths. Please these guys must be proactive and conect professionally with the customers.
