On Sunday last weekend my wife and I went to Makro Cape Gate to look for a new fridge as we saw they had some specials. After having a walk through we wanted to speak to a sales consultant regarding the purchase but believe it or not no one was able to help. It was like magnets of the same pole pushing away from one another. As soon as we approached someone they would dissapear or the response would be they would call someone to assist. Having said this we continued with our shopping and eventually then ended up in the dvd isle. My daughter saw a dvd she wanted, the incredibles, but having a blueray player at home i asked if they have it on blueray. To our surprise the same thing happened as at the fridges. They said they would have a look and would then just dissapear. POOR POOR SERVICE. We ended up going to hypermarket, bought a fridge and blueray dvd for my daughter with excellent service, in and out in 30min. They even through in free delivery. Loved xhopping at makro but after sunday, not likely to happen again.
