I must start by saying i shop at your shop as its always clean and the service is always good but yesterday i went to Clicks in Soweto Protea Gardens ans the lady who was assisting was rude, firstly she called me to the counter using her hands and didn't bother to say "Next Please" and when I got to the counter she just said Clubcard, no greeting nothing, and then she didn't bother to ask if i require a plastic or anything, it was so bad and i regretted going to clicks for the first time in my life.
