I purchased a 32" LCD TV from Game in December 2011. Recently the tv stopped working, there was sound but no picture and all ports stopped working. The TV carries a 3 year guarantee but I lost the slip and through the box away.
I emailed them explaining my situation and got a call back within 2 hours from Richard saying that I can bring the TV back. Jody Kiewiet helped track my purchase on the system (it was a cash purchase which made it even more difficult) and provided that as proof to be sent to the supplier.
I received my TV back 2 weeks later with everything working perfectly!
