Please see my previous complaint after last complaint I received a call from the regional manager and he said I must go to the branch. I went to the branch and was told that they do not have transport to collect the furniture so why do I get told to go the branch. I offered to take the furniture with my bakkie but my partner refused should anything happen we will not be held liable. Please arrange for this furniture to be collected my no later than Thursday 12/12/2013. This matter needs to be attended to A.S.A.P please sort this out I am absolutely disgusted in your service.
