Delivery Broke my Car mirro

I bought a bed and in the process of delivering, which is one person, they managed to let the base fall and break my mirror on my mk5 Jetta. Calls are not being followed up and reluctant response is pathetic.

I will be taking this further with a lawyer and making sure i have my items replaced. Negligent and utter pathetic service!
