To whom it may concern
I purchased a Rimmel Scandaleye mascara at the Clicks in the All Saints centre in Olivedale just over a week ago. I opened it over the weekend and am extremely unhappy with what i found. The mascara appeared to be dry to the bone and clumpy. Not being able to use it, i am now also unable to return it as i no longer have the slip. With regards to this, if i did happen to return to the clicks were purchased i would be met with most probably unhelpful staff as i have in the past and it would be an issue because i do no longer have the slip.
With regards to the consumer protection act towards bad quality of products purchased, what could be done by Clicks to ensure that i am kept satisfied and loyal to them?
