We are a company based in Ladysmith, KZN, South Africa. We have queried about buyer a washer & dryer that was approved by AATCC, an American test standard, specified by our fabric supplier. We were given a quotation by an agent in Cape Town, however he could not supply us with much technical information. I contacted the call center and was transferred around and left to hold for about 5 minutes. But there technical consultant still could not be reached. The website is of no help. We just want to know how do we change the settings on the washer & dryer to conform to a AATCC 135. Are there dials for different test methods? we need to purchase this washer & dryer before we shutdown but i think that is unlikely. The 2 models we were quoted on were 3SWTW4800YQ - WASHER & 3SWED4800YQ - DRYER.
