I recently opened an edgars account which i thought I'd get to use this weekend. I just wanted black work pants and also casual pants but this was extremely difficult. There were only two different pants options (those with the many pockets) and the rest was just jeans, why do you have so many jeans? I understand the trends involved, but you should at least cater for everyone as well. Another issue is even though you had a lot of black work pants, half of it are slim fit, I noticed half your store is slim fit. Why on earth would you do that? Not all of us are a bunch of Hipsters looking for tight clothes. I wear 36-40 and when i did find manage to find that size among the sea of 30-32 sizes, it would be labelled with the dreaded "slim fit".
Needless to say i went to Mr Price and they had exactly what i wanted in all the sizes (not just 30/32 like you guys).
I think you need to send your research team to Mr Price (since their team know what they are doing) or you need a new marketing research team.
