Hi, i applied for an Edgars account on 29th of November it was a Friday the lady said she will call on Monday to followup before its been approved. i called in Tuesday to followup on the matter they took my id number and promised to get back on me they didn't, called again Thursday same happened and its Monday the 9th December same story again. i call with my own airtime and they talking amongst themselves while I'm on a call and still just got my id - i never thought opening an account could need so much energy.
