Makro - honest mistake... maybe not!

I shopped at the Springfield store yesterday and when I got home i see that the cashier (cashier No. 101, Inv. No. 1509, POS No. 28) double charged me for a 6-pack berry juice - this was one of the R100 deals. I took 10 packs (which should total to R200) but she swiped one pack twice and i was charged R26! The full price!!! I'm not stupid to take 11 packs and thereby miss out on the deal! This is the 2nd time this happened - last month they did the same with the coffee (3 packs for R100) but I was charged R45 and I was stupid enough to ignore it, I want credit on the juice to be added to my account!!! If you look through my history I spent at least over R10 000 in these last 2 months at your store!!! So I'm not being petty in claiming whats rightfully mine! I want you to Please look through my card history and you will see exactly what i'm on about. MAKRO PLEASE SORT OUT ASAP!!!
