I went to Markham church street in Pretoria CBD yesterday with my brother. He wanted to buy pair of jeans and some accessories, Whilst waiting for him to check what he loves, I went to the cashier to buy MTN airtime with R30.00, i handed him R50.00 .Instead on attending he ket talimg to his colleagues about non related work matter. He then thereafter asked what i wanted again and repeated myself more twice and still made a mess of things
He gave non MTN airtime which I couldnt loaded and out of frustration I told my brother to leave everything and went to the other store to buy want he initially thought he would buy at markhams
I think he must be sent to some client service course and his attitude stink, he doensnt deserve to be worjing with people
