Doesn't adhere to the next day delivery timeline

I placed an order on 04 December and all items (expect a pre-order item) read next day delivery.

E-mail reads expected delivery 18 December. This is unacceptable.

I've phoned the call centre on 05 December to query this and was assured someone when get back to me, today is the 09 December and still waiting.

Misleading and deceptive!
