Not only am I not getting paid for the item I sent, Kalahari is charging me an admin fee!!!
I received an email a month ago that confirms an order has been placed for the purchase of an item I advertised with them, I sent the item via post and couldn't find it on the "New website" so immediately mailed Kalahari to notify them of the problem. The first person that replied didn't have a clue of what to do and even had the wrong name for me. I sent in another mail, and till this day no solution. I sent ANOTHER mail to delete my account since that option isn't on the website either. The only mail I received from them this morning is telling me that since I didn't send this item they refunded the buyer and are charging me an admin fee, this even after I sent them a tracking number that the order have been sent?! Pathetic!
I won't buy or sell anything on this site again! Already using bidorbuy and amazon and their offering much better service!
