3 members of your team had the worst customer service ever. The last one being Claudina Ngondweni who when she could not find a tag in a dress told me to go look for it and when i was puzzled by her request she said i have attitude, i am rude etc. Was puzzled by that too as i had not done anything wrong except just look totally shocked by her command. she also mentioned that the size might be wrong when i told her that this was the only dress and if she can find a proper sized dress she must please bring it she did not. Instead from then on it went downhill. My complaint is longer then the characters given so this is just a summary of the facts. bottom line is i have never received such a bad service and no matter how much money Mr Price is making it cannot afford to have staff with such bad attitude ever! unfortunately there is something about blacks and customer service and it becomes worse when they are serving another black person. i guess it is bcos it is assumed that we should be sympathetic to bad service and not report bad behaviour. Totally unacceptable!
