Useless service

This is not the first time this is happened but this time I place the order for our monthly grocery shop on Sat the 30th Of Nov, booked it for Wed delivery between 5&6. Nothing arrives on the day, I check on the Thursday & my receipt says Sat the 7th which is NOT the date I selected. So I phone & they change it to Friday the 6th. Friday comes & we don't get delivery we check our email to see it says our order has been cancelled just an hour before it should be delivered beside receiving a confirmation earlier in the week that the payment was successful. We phone the customer service to see if it can be rectified & delivered on the Sat to find out they will not assist. So now we have to go & do a full grocery shop at the store on our Saturday after struggling to hold off a few days to not buy things we were waiting for. One customer lost, let's see how Woolworths online shopping does.
