On the 3rd of Dec my wife and I went to checkers to get stuff for her as she was going to state hospital.
There was almost no fresh veg stock, ( took a photo) the tomatos although all the same had 3 different prices (this happends a lot) when I tried to enquire from the staff who where having a private talk, The woman shouted at me and told me to pick aprice it was not her problem. My wife cannot sit a lot so was there, she has to have a back op. When I went to the manager he did nothing but nod his head and told the the attendant to sort it out.
Then there was a power failure and decided to leave leaving R4000 purchases to go to another shop.
The securety guard refused to let my wife (Who is in great pain) and a 82 year old lady I know out, we had nothing in our hands and I challeged him to release us or I would call the police he had NO RIGHT to keep us there and the old lady was begging him, I had to force my way out., I am a farmer in the district and unless a satesfactory salution is reached I will make it my buss. to desuade anyone going there in future. This has been a most unpleasant exsperiance.
