Incredible Connection
Manager trying to stall!!!

I printed out a copy of advert on internet, 40" Samsung tv for R599.99, called Woodmead stores and the stock lady informed me that the price was incorrect but spoke to her manager Tefo who said that they will give me a display unit as the error is on their side, and was also told that the tv was ready for collection yesterday and i should bring proof of the price with me. I went to the store yesterday and gave the print out to Tefo and he read it, packed up the tv etc. but tried to invoice me R5699 saying I also had a 5% discount. He then played all confused and checked price on internet etc. but obviously someone changed the price back to what it was supposed to be, R5999.99. I was then promised after waiting for 45mins that they are waiting for aouthorisation from and will call me. Next day at 11am I called and spoke to Tefo, he promised to call back within the hour, its now 15h46 and no one has called me back! Usually if there is an error on pricing, they are supposed to give it to you at the price advertised for, but clearly these people are dodgy and hoping that I would just go away! I also have a call recording that can prove what was said to me.
