Bad Customer Service

I am unhappy with the service I received from Edgars. The agent refused to take the items I was returning back. I have 30 days to return the goods. My items are underware items I took them back a day later they still have their tags attached and unused. I have a right to change my mind as a customer. Do I not have a cooling off period? I would like you to refund me in full.
