Very impressed!

I emailed Revlon to ask if they still had stock of a particular colour lipstick that they have stopped producing.

Maree was very helpful and even checked in their staff shop but said there was no stock.

She said she'd keep me in mind if she happened to see any.

I assumed that would be the last I ever heard from her and forgot about it.

A week later I got an email from her saying that she'd managed to find one and asking for a delivery address.

You very seldom come across customer service like this, I am most impressed!
