Firstly to get through to your company on 0861532337 it just rings when you do get through to some they put you to the Exchanged department where no one seems to answer you have to phone back a few time before you get someone in that department to answer. Its been over about over a month when i put my query through delivery was to take place on the 04 December 2013 but no one bother to call me or even sms me bout there being a delay delivery was initially suppose to take place on the 02 December but they had the wrong address when though my daughter called and spoke to Solomon in the exchanged dept and was given the correct address they decided to still deliver to the wrong address in case any one decides to bother to this response my ref number S000340815 i would really appreciated a call on or a response to this via email [Email Removed]
