30th November my husband went to mattress king, he saw this cupboard he wanted and paid for it in cash R1600' however when I returned home later that day he told me he bought it and that we will go to pick up the next day but he will return it if I do not like it. We go to the store and i see it and do not like it as it was damaged the guys said to refund the cash.
Monday afternoon my husband gets a call saying he will be charged 15 percent of the R1600 because the store now lost a customer. He was upset as they did not notify him about this when he was purchasing.
I called the store Tuesday afternoon and spoke to Dane he said to speak to the account to sort it out as I needed the cash in my account before the close of business.
Till now no money has been in my account but all I get was bad attitude and incompetent people working at mattress king Dane keeps passing the buck on the sales team to now help been the manager of the store. I need my money back as my money is also involve.
