On the 21 May 2013 my boyfriend and I purchased a bed from Mattress King and at the time we weren't too sure but the sales guy insisted we put a deposit. We paid a deposit of R300.00. A week later we had found something better at Coricraft for the same price. So my boyfriend went into the store to speak to the manager for a refund the manager said he has to speak to the sales person which I find quiet ridiculous as he is the manager he should be able to assist. How did he get to that level I have no idea. All the staff have attitude and no one is willing to assist. I contacted the sales guy and he said that I must take something in the store which we don't want to do as we would prefer to have a refund. Since then we have heard nothing and whenever I call the store the receptionist and says his not in. I will never advise anyone to buy there. Their attitude stinks.
