I ordered and paid via credit card for a bed. Delivery was made at the wrong time and i was not home to inspect the purchase which in fact does not suit the purpose for which it was bought.
I have now called tweleve times asking for the salesman/branch manager Dane and not had a single return call. One call seemed to divert from the switchboard to his cell and he tried to pretend it was not him, promised to call back and, of course, did not. If Mattress King cannot support the principles of the CPA and good client service I would suggest that you look further for a bed supplier -Mattress King does not seem to be a very good option.
