I am really really upset with the service of this place. i ordered a chest of drawers online about a month ago. They delivered the chest of drawers, when i opened it up the chest of drawers of upside down firstly, and secondly it was completely cracked. I called them to tell them that i need a replacement, i spoke to the manager Igtesaam last week, he hasn't called me back once and whenever i call to speak to him, they say he is busy. He doesn't have the courtesy to return my calls. It is laughable that a company can operate like this. also its my wedding next week, i really needed the drawers for my room and it seems like nobody is willing to help me. I also asked to speak to another manager and i was on hold for 20 min! and then i wasn't connected either. Anyone doing online shopping please be wary, their service is terrible and their products are broken
