On 23 April 2012 i had carpets fitted here at 8 Munchen street Despatch. Eastern Cape. O.K. Furniture Uitenhage fitted the carpets. Some weeks afterwards i noticed a fold in the carpet in the passage. I contacted O.K.Furniture in Uitenhage and they told me to give it some time. After a few months i contacted O.K again and they sent someone to come and check. The person who came to check told me that they could fix it but i will have to wait until his (arm that was in bandage) has healed. He would have made a report of his finding to his manager. Another few weeks passed and i went to see the manager again. This time there was a new branch manager. She told me that she would send someone who had a job to be done here in Despatch. Another two weeks passed without anyone coming to check. Again i went to find out what's happening. Great was my surprise when she told me that she was very busy and at the same time she told one of her staff to take my particulars and phone the P.E. Branch. The same day the P.E branch phoned me to find out when the carpets were fitted as they keep file of all their jobs. When i told her that O.K. Uitenhage did the fitting, she said she will follow up.
