We contacted Wonder Flooring for installation of carpets in our local mosque during our fasting period which was in August Last Year (2012). We were quoted, raised the funds from donors and then paid them in full to have the carpets installed. they gave us dates and times of when they will fit in and that never happened on time and thereafter when they so called completed it was a half job done. We spoke to the main person invovled and he assured us that he will go through and assess the job and feedback to us. this never happened for months until in January we had called again and he assured us he will go through and make things happen. He did but still the carpets are not fitted properly. We are a Non Profit Prayer place and the funds were raised and paid in full hoping to have ease in the process and only find that we are left with worse than what the old carpets were. to date no calls or any other communications have taken place with Nazir Khan or any staff of Wonder Flooring. All we ask is for the carpets that we paid for in full be corrected in the manner in which it needs to be and that will allow us to pray without the carpets folding whilst we do so...
