2 weeks and still no service

My washing machine broke down. Its in warranty. The drum won't spin (although it sounds like its trying) and the water doesn't drain. I called Game 10 days ago and reported the fault. "It's ok, we need to get a Samsung engineer out to look at it" they said.
I received a call from the engineer eventually who said he would come and look at it last week Wednesday.
He never showed, never called to say why and hasn't been in touch.
Today I call Game. The lines ring out, and when I eventually do get through to someone, I get cut off.
Call head office customer "care" line and she tells me that they are having problems with their switchboard so all she can do is email them and they will call me (how if their lines are down??)
All in all a shoddy service from Game, especially as it feels like a delay tactic to push the complaint outside of the warranty.
So almost 2 weeks now with a faulty washing machine and I haven't even seen an engineer.
