Professional and Speedy Back Up service

Let's give credit where Credit is due.. Thank you Incredible Connection for understanding my predicament and resolving an online purchase issue. Special thanks to Jonathan of the Cape Town, Long Street Branch who went out of his way to help me.

On Black Friday I was purchasing a WD 3.5 " 3TB external hard drive on line. It was a "Black Friday special" and 26 were available when I logged on.By the time I put it in my cart and was registering the delivery address details, there were only 22 left. Then the website froze on me.. I couldn't refresh the page or log out or in again. I had to reboot PC and start over. It would not allow me to log on again so I phoned the Cape Town branch and spoke to Jonathan, who patiently listened and tried to assist me and even phoned head office.

I myself then also phoned head office, Pretoria, and then again phoned Jonathan. To cut a long story short, they had sold out of the WD 3.5 " 3TB HDD, but offered me a Toshiba one in it's place. I sent my courier to collect it today, as that was the only thing they could not arrange..to have it personally delivered to my door.
