02/12/2013I have place an order and did EFT payment yesterday after 12pm and I have not received any confirmation email or sms that you received payment.
Today 03/12/2013- I mailed them and they gave me a ref # 49295. I mailed again and still no feedback.
I thought ordering online would be easier, but i was wrong.
I need the order to be here by Thursday, This to me is poor customer service. Why offer this service, if you can't keep up?
