10 - R29 vodacom vouchers were purchased from spar on stanley on the 25th Nov for our drivers, we give them 1 a week - 3 drivers. on the 02nd Nov I issued the drivers the vouchers however when putting in the pin we get a prompt saying pin has already been used for all 10. Spar on stanley refuse to reimburse us on this. Vodacom have given us the 5 digit numbers that the vouchers have been loaded to however they unable to give us the full number. Rodney the manager at spar was not willing to assist us from the beginning. please can you assist.
